I like this a lot. The only thing that catches my eye is the way that her hand on the left is bending. All the anatomy looks correct, it's just at a strange angle. Just a matter of opinion, though. Nice job!

Hoy hoy, its the sexy tsunade,, Man I must tell you , the face is so damn good , you can not believe, awesome jobb on that. Everything except the leg are just superve, the leg are kind of to short for her body ^__^ other then that, BrAAVOO !
